Tequila Vs Mezcal

My event last week was a success. I showcased Lalo blanco, El Tesoro reposado, Pasote anejo and Del Maguey mezcal!!! My group learned very quickly whether Mezcal agreed with their pallet. I would say about half of the group frowned, winced and choked a little when they tasted the mezcal. The other half enjoyed the amazing smokey flavors!

The award-winning Lalo blanco tequila was a crowd favorite along with El Tesoro's reposado (one of my personal favorites). The smooth taste of oak, vanilla and caramel in Pasote's anejo had some guests asking for just a little more after their glass was empty.

Honestly, last week's line up was stellar! Every glass we tasted had their own special taste and unique qualities that ranks them among the best of the best.
